Hey guys - I'm thrilled to announce that the latest season of The Adulting With ADHD Season has launched! It was nothing short of a miracle as I am also adjusting to a new full-time job … a million thanks-yous for your patience.
Earlier this month we kicked it off with a conversation on ADHD and Disordered Eating with nutritionist Becca King. She really lays it all out in an easy-to-understand way - I’m still thinking about some of the helpful insights she shares.
In tomorrow’s episode, I’ll be talking about ADHD & Healthy Habits with ADHD coach Liz Brown. My hope is after listening to it you’ll have more self-compassion for your goals, which is what I took away from the conversation. The new episode will drop here tomorrow morning (U.S. time).
This season couldn't be possible without the listeners: Each of these episodes were crafted with you in mind, based on emails you've sent to me on what kind of content you want (and don't want) to hear. Go us! If you are a listener and have ever reached out with your $0.02, a sincere and heartfelt thank you. 🧡
On that note, while I have some ideas for the next season, I'm always up for suggestions. What’s a new topic I should address? Should I sprinkle in some solo episodes (aka the OG format?) Please don't hesitate to respond to this message and let me know if you’ve got anything. And don't forget that our previous seasons on hormones and trauma can be found in the podcast archives on Patreon.
Until next time, Happy Adulting!
