Hi there!

I hope you're enjoying the sun, the banger final episodes of Succession, or at the very least staying afloat. It's been a while since my last update - time flies when you're surviving. 🫠

Season Wrap-Up

We've had an incredible season on the podcast with a focus on Food, Eating & ADHD. 🙌  We discussed disordered eating with Becca King and considered healthy habit-setting with Liz Brown. We fed our ADHD with Dusty Chipura and learned about binge eating from Katy Weber. Patricia Sung showed us the food and chronic illness connection while Aleta Storch challenged us to get more intuitive with our eating. And Liz Lewis gave moms permission to break all the food rules. 🤘

🎙️ If you missed any of these enlightening conversations, you can catch up at any time here. And if you need more listening material before the new season, check out the Patreon archives!🎙️

Looking Ahead

Our upcoming season will be all about Caretaking. 🫶 This will not only cover parents taking care of children but also parents taking care of parents (and grandparents) and everything in between - friends, colleagues, however we show up in the world. Whatever you're doing in your village, I want to hear about it. I would love to get pitched on any topics or guests that align with the show - respond to this message if you have something! ✉️

Introducing Friends of the Podcast

🤝 Lastly, this fall, we're launching a new feature - Friends of the Podcast. This special Patreon tier for services providers, product purveyors and more will offer shout-outs on the show, a featured listing on the website, and whatever else I can come up with. Stay tuned for more details!

As always, thank you for being part of the Adulting With ADHD journey. 🧡 Your support is truly appreciated.
